1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

In large mixing bowl stir together figs, nuts and dry ingredients.

In separate bowl beat together eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
