Recipe Text:

2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil (scant)

Add to above: 2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples, diced
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan at 325 degrees until top does not dent in when touched, about 35 minutes.
