Ingredients
Serving: 6

- 75 g ( 2 3/4oz ) crushed almonds
- 75 g ( 2 3/4oz ) icing sugar
- 200 g ( 7oz ) fresh cream
- 4 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks

To Prepare
Beat the egg yolks and add the cream. Add the crushed almonds and the icing sugar and mix well. Beat the egg whites to a foam and stir into the almond mixture. Pour everything in small bowls and let them stiffen in the fridge
