Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients:
Allow 3/4 lb. shrimp per person
1 tablespoon Zatarains crab and shrimp boil
salt to taste
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce


Directions:
Add shrimp boil to a large stock pot of water. Add salt. Bring to a rapid boil; drop in shrimp slowly. Boil or simmer about 5 minutes.
Shrimp will turn pink and float to top; remove pot from heat. (Do Not Overcook Or Shrimp Will Be Tough.) Remove shrimp from water and rinse in cold water.
Put in a bowl of ice, adding more ice on top of shrimp. Combine ketchup, lemon juice, horseradish and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Serve with shrimp. Double sauce if serving more than 3 or 4.
