Pineapple Cheese Balls 01-May-2007
1 small can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese,softened
2 tablespoons onion,finely chopped
4 tablespoons chopped green pepper
6oz. chopped pecans
Directions:
Drain pineapple: save juice. Add cream cheese,onion and pepper. Chill. Form into ball, adding pineapple juice as needed for proper consistency. Roll in pecans. Chill 2 hours before serving |
