Funnel Cake 01-May-2007 1 egg 2/3 c. milk 1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Beat egg and milk. Mix dry ingredients and add slowly to egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Drop into hot fat (375 percent) thru funnel working from center out. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. Yields: 4 large or 6 small.
