Caramel Pie

1 large graham cracker pie crust
2 cans eagle brand milk
1 container cool whip
small package chopped pecans
a handful mini chocolate chips

Prep.

Take paper off milk cans and place cans on there sides in large kettle and cover with cold water. Slowly bring to a rolling boil and boil for 3 (three) hours.
Turn cans every 30 minutes or so. After 3 hours allow cans to cool for at least 1 hour (important).

Open cans of milk and spread in pie crust when cool cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with chips and nuts, refrigerate for a while and enjoy!!
