Raw Apple Cake with Cinnamon 01-May-2007 2 c. sugar 4 c. apples, sliced 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten 1 scant c. oil 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. nuts Sprinkle sugar over apples, sift dry ingredients together and add to apples.
