Zucchini Chocolate Cake 01-May-2007 1 1/2 c. margarine or 1/2 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sour milk 1 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 2 c. zucchini, shredded Cream together shortening and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk; mix. Add dry ingredients and zucchini. Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/3 cup nuts.
