Blueberry Dessert 01-May-2007
16 graham crackers or 1½ cups crushed graham mix
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
1 large package cream cheese, room temperature
1 can blueberry pie mix
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream or prepared whipped topping
Blend crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Pat into buttered 9x13-inch pan. Beat eggs; add sugar and cream cheese. Whip until smooth. Spread on crust and bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool. Mix the blueberry pie mix and lemon juice. Spread on top of cream filling. Cover with whipped cream. Keep refrigerated overnight or at least 8 hours before serving. Serves 12 - 15. |
