Fresh Grilled Chicken Salad With Walnut Dressing

Fresh grilled chicken salad with walnut dressing

1 large bowl of as many mixed greens you can get for your area. (romaine, watercress, dandelion, etc..)
14 small sweet pickles, sliced thinly
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 T. walnut halves, slightly broken
1/2 c. blue cheese or your favorite cheese, crumbled
1 grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast for each person, thinly sliced

Mix all ingredients and toss with the following dressing:

2 T. walnut or vegetable oil (you can mix for a milder taste)
2 t. white wine vinegar
3/4 c. sour cream
2 t. chopped fresh tarragon (or use rosemary, depends on your taste)
salt and pepper to taste
