Outlaw's Chili

2 lbs hamburger
2 lbs italian sausage ( hot or mild you decide )
4 cans mushrooms
4 cans kidney beans
2 big jars ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
2 packs chili -o mix ( don't get the onion kind it sucks )
1 pack hormel pepperoni ( grind it up in a food processor )
cheddar cheese ( cut into 1/2 cubes )
saltine crackers
6 120z budweisers

Get one big pot and dump sauce - mushrooms - kidney beans and pepperoni in.

Fry hamburger in a skillet with the chili-o mix according to directions on package - Dump in some garlic pepper - little crushed red pepper - chili powder -- when its done cooking drain grease and dump it in the pot.

Fry italian sausage -- drain grease and dump into pot.

Cook on very low fire until it's good and hot all the way through (stir it a lot and keep it from burning on the bottom or it will taste nasty).

Then chrush up some crackers and add some of the cheese chunks and open a budweiser.
